National Call Center

Our National Call Center offers the most advanced call management and dialing system in the industry, including state-of-the-art call recording and analysis, which helps to minimize compliance risks, ensure call quality, improve agent development, enhance verification, and provide our clients with useful information about their patrons’ interests and feedback. We offer daily, cumulative and weekly campaign reports that track and segment results in standard or customized format. Reports may be segmented in a number of ways, including last gift, source code, highest gift, and multi-gift vs. single gift, among others. This reporting flexibility allows us to track and filter unproductive lead segments without stopping the campaign, increase penetration of more productive segments, and reintroduce all or portions of certain segments.
